The Rochester Area Shrine Club was established in 1949 and is under the jurisdiction of Osman Temple in St Paul.
RASC is composed of the Rochester Shrine Units – Cycle Patrol, Daddy-Os, Dragon Patrol the Zagalas Car Club and other Shriners
The meetings are the first Wednesday of each month unless noted otherwise.
